Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Services and Fees

I offer therapy for individuals.

Personal therapy sessions are a safe environment where you can openly explore and find relief from the difficulties you may be facing at home, work or school. Individual therapy can help you find solutions to specific problems, but more fundamentally it encourages you discover your true, deeper self—who you are, how you think—and helps you choose ways of engaging the world that honor your genuine self.

I offer therapy for couples.

Whether you are in crisis or simply want to experience more comfort and intimacy with one another, seeking therapy as a couple gives you the opportunity to gain a clear awareness of the underlying emotional patterns—both helpful and unhelpful—at work in your relationship. This, in turn, can help you move through conflict and misunderstandings whenever they arise and reestablish intimacy more easily.

Those couples considering marriage or other long-term commitment may find couples therapy especially helpful. I also offer a six-session relationship exploration based on the PREPARE/ENRICH Inventory for pre-marital and pre-engagement couples.

I offer consultation and supervision for therapists.

Professional growth and development are essential to both beginning and seasoned therapists. I offer consultation and supervision especially for therapists wanting to grow in their understanding of cultural aspects of therapy. Consultation and supervision can be an invaluable experience of expanding one's competence and also deepening one's identity as a therapist.

I provide a 15-minute exploratory phone consultation at no cost. We will explore what working together will look like - what brings you to therapy, what areas of your life you would like to explore, and how I might work with you.

Each therapy session lasts 45 minutes. The fee for each session is $225. I offer both in-person as well as video sessions.

I am a preferred provider for Anthem Student Health for Caltech students and for FirstHealth Network. For other plans, I am an out-of-network provider, which means I can provide patients with a detailed statement that can be submitted toward reimbursement. I also provide reduced rates for graduate students preparing for a career in vocational ministry or in psychology.
